During your first 7 days, your personal training experience will include:
Full Body Needs Analysis/Assessment
One of our nationally certified personal trainers will sit down with you and help YOU create YOUR fitness plan. We will discuss what your goals are, where you are today, and what it’s going to take to get you from point A to point B. We will figure out specifically what it’s going to take to ensure YOUR results, and create a program specifically tailored to YOU!
Functional Movement Screen
Before we just throw you out on the floor and start training you, we must first understand how your body moves so that we can design a program that works for you and your body. We will assess the 6 fundamental movement patterns of your body, and make sure there are no limitations, injuries, muscle imbalances, or disabilities. And if there are, we are going to assess how we are going to work with them, or help rehabilitate them.
No fitness program is complete without proper nutrition. We will look at your current diet, and make suggested changes to help you reach your goals faster and more effectively. We will also make supplement recommendations, and help create a complete nutrition program specifically geared towards your body, your goals, and your current lifestyle.
One-on-One Personal Training
Your very first session with us will be a one-on-one personal training session so that we can analyze your strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement so that moving forward we can properly train you throughout your entire program. Everyone has a starting point, and it’s our job to see where yours is so that we can get you to your goals as safely and effectively as possible.
Small Group Personal Training
This is where the magic happens! Our small groups of 2-5 like-minded, goal-oriented clients working together towards their individual successes is where you will see your greatest growth! The high-energy, inspired training sessions allow you to push yourself and your teammates harder than you ever would on your own. The workouts are still tailored to you and your needs, but the team environment allows you to realize that you’re not alone on your fitness journey!
Team Personal Training
This is the backbone of our entire program. Our bootcamp-style personal training program invites larger groups of individuals to train together in a fast-paced, metabolic, interval training program that shreds fat and builds lean muscle tissue while still receiving individual attention from the personal trainers. The high-energy music and inspirational coaching from our world class coaches keeps our members coming back day after day.
At the end of your 7-day FREE Personal Training Experience, we will evaluate your progress and discuss the best plan of action moving forward.
